The number 1 ballon would not inflate. I tried for 10 minutes but it would not hold air. I even had someone else try blowing it up.The number two balloon blew up with ease. I was jus disappointed because the birthday girl turned 21 and didn't have proper balloons ?These stayed fully inflated for 6 months in our garage after the party!
