All we needed was strong tape to make sure everything stayed put, but this package has everything needed for a beautiful arch. The small gray balloons are tough to blow up, but in the end it was all worth it. Lively, and honestly didn’t take very long to get it ready. There are tape/ glue dots and the strip to fasten the balloons. We placed sparkles streamers behind the balloon arch ( they are not included) we placed the happy birthday banner another location ( not pictured)
