These are two balloons put together to make custom colors or make them opaque. All the balloons in this beautiful kit are double stuffed.They are normally done by hand which explains why double stuffed balloons cost more. They must be inflated together, please do not pull them apart. Frays are common and do not affect the performance. Also, when tying double stuffed balloons, only the inside balloon has to be tied. We know it might look intimidating, but no balloon experience is required. It’s very easy! Each kit includes everything needed to create a DIY balloon garland just like the pros! If this is your first time and you’re doing it by yourself it can take 2-3 hrs. With an extra hand it’s more fun and takes less time. Do not worry, we included an extra balloon tie tool for your helper. We’ve provided the hand pump for 5” balloons but an electric balloon pump is highly recommended. Double stuffed…however when we did this event I had to take out and inflated single balloon because it popped. Plus it was 84 degrees out and they just kept popping here and there. But once I started underflate them worked great. Colors are still great. If you’re looking for quantity over quality it will work.I have ordered a lot of balloon kits on amazon and this one has been my favorite! They already come double stuffed which makes life so easy!
